Fairhaven’s Christian Book Club is held on the first Thursday, every other month at 7 pm. We discuss various books and are sometimes joined by guest authors or experts. For example, we have discussed How’s Your Faith by former NBC newsman and Meet the Press moderator David Gregory. In his book, David probed various religious traditions to better understand his own faith and answer life’s most important questions: “Who do we want to be and what do we want to believe?”

Fairhaven’s Children’s Sunday School is held every Sunday morning. This class meets after the Children’s Message during the Sunday morning worship service through the end of the service. It is taught by many different volunteers from our congregation who are willing to both share their faith and learn from the faith of the children. Fairhaven’s Children’s Sunday School helps children develop faith foundations; to know the Bible and its faith traditions, to relate to God and the Church, and to practice their faith in daily living. We also provide child care during worship services year-round in our nursery.
